Feeling drained? Do you need some me time?
In Chinese philosophy, the yin yang symbolizes the duality and interdependency of the natural world. Things that are yang are moving, changing, and vigorous. In contrast, things that are yin are still, static, and calm.
The busyness of the early days of motherhood naturally leads to a state of being that is very yang; lots of movement and activity.
Moms need peace and tranquility too. This class will focus on the yin...
calm, deep stretches to open the body and restore you to a more balanced state. During this class all of the postures will be heal for long periods which creates a deep sense of inner stillness and peace.
Come restore yourself!
