Birth Stories

In many ways this is the most powerful and touching part of the website. When I was pregnant I deeply enjoyed reading positive birth stories. It helped me trust that if all these women could have such wonderful birth experiences, then I could too, and I did.

So in that spirit, I happily share with you these HypnoBirthing birth stories. Thank you to all the women who so willingly agreed to share these intimate stories with us. They are all women from Regina and surrounding area.
