Class Information & ScheduleHypnoBirthing® is taught in a series of 5 weekly classes. Each class is approximately 2 1/2 hours.
For Group classes, the total program cost is $325 including course materials comprising of a textbook, relaxation and visualisation CDs, and handouts. These classes are held at my HypnoBirthing studio in the east end of Regina, 83 Metcalfe Rd. Class size is kept to 7 couples to ensure that you receive the attention you need.
For Private classes, the program cost is $525 and classes are held at my office. A private class offers more scheduling flexibility, if you are unable to make a weekly evening class.

Sunday June (dates to be announced) from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm with a break for lunch. Note: This class is primarily for those from out of town or who can not attend a weekly evening class.
Wednesday evenings June 26 to July 24 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (6 spaces available)
Wednesday evenings Aug 14 to Sept 11 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (7 spaces available)

Note : Every hypnobirthing classes ends with an optional 6th class entitled Ready Set... Baby. Those first weeks at home with baby are a challenging time with a steep learning curve, this class will help make this transitional time as wonderful as possible. This registration fee for the Ready Set... Baby class is $40 and class lasts 3.5 hours from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Class dates are Sat May 25th and .
