For the past few months, I’ve been quietly creat For the past few months, I’ve been quietly creating something that feels very close to my heart.

My sister has four angel babies.

I’ve witnessed the depth of that grief — and the silence that often surrounds it.

Pregnancy loss is heartbreak layered with isolation. We have so few rituals. So little structured support. Women are often left to carry it quietly.

Bloom After Loss is my offering.

A holistic healing program for women navigating pregnancy loss — integrating gentle nervous system regulation, somatic release, reflection, and space to grieve and rebuild.

Once published, it will be available on a donation basis, with funds raised supporting SHARE, an organization that supports parents through pregnancy and infant loss.

Right now, I’m looking for 6 women to beta-test this program and help me refine it.
